Informationen zur Zeitschrift

Das Jahrbuch widmet sich der italienischen Geschichte und Musikgeschichte sowie der Geschichte der deutsch-italienischen Beziehungen in transregionalen bzw. transnationalen Zusammenhängen vom frühen Mittelalter bis zur Gegenwart. Publiziert werden in deutscher, italienischer oder englischer Sprache Aufsätze (nach Peer Review) sowie Rezensionen, Forschungs- und Tagungsberichte. In der Rubrik Forum erscheinen Essays zu aktuellen geschichtswissenschaftlichen Fragen und Diskussionen. Für den jeweils neuesten Band gilt mit Ausnahme des Rezensionsteils eine einjährige Sperrfrist. Die Retrodigitalisierung ab Band 38 wurde in Abstimmung mit dem Verlag De Gruyter (ehem. Max Niemeyer) und in Kooperation mit der Bayerischen Staatsbibliothek in München durchgeführt.

L’annuario tratta tematiche legate alla storia dell’Italia e della musica italiana, nonché alla storia dei rapporti italo-tedeschi nei loro contesti transregionali e transnazionali, coprendo l’arco temporale dal medioevo al presente. Gli articoli, sottoposti a peer review, le recensioni, rassegne di ricerca e resoconti di convegni si pubblicano in tedesco, italiano o inglese. Nella sezione “Forum” appaiono saggi in cui vengono discussi questioni e problemi di attualità storiografica. Per il numero più recente (recensioni a parte) si osserva un periodo di embargo dalla durata di un anno. La retroconversione in formato digitale della rivista a partire dal volume 38 è stata realizzata in accordo con la casa editrice De Gruyter (già Max Niemeyer) e in cooperazione con la Bayerische Staatsbibliothek di Monaco.

The yearbook covers research topics pertaining to the history of Italy and Italian music as well as the relationship between Germany and Italy in a transregional and transnational context from the Early Middle Ages to the present. It contains peer-reviewed articles, book reviews, research and conference reports in German, Italian or English. The “Forum” section publishes essays discussing current questions of historical research. The latest released volume (except for the reviews) is accessibile in open access after an embargo period of one year. The digital retroconversion of the journal starting from volume 38 was carried out in agreement with the De Gruyter publishing house (formerly Max Niemeyer) and in cooperation with the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek of Munich.
